Enhancing Expertise and Growth

Thanks to the support of the Going PRO Talent Fund, K-Tec Systems was recently able to offer valuable development training to its entire manufacturing team. Professional trainers from Oakland Community College provided hands-on classes covering topics such as Electrical Wiring and Schematics, Panel Building, OHSA, and Industrial Safety.

This opportunity has helped enhance the technical and safety skills of our technicians and engineers and further strengthen the company’s expertise. Thanks to those training sessions, all K-Tec participants earned credentials for the skills they developed, which are transferable and recognized within the industry. These credentials not only validate their expertise but also open doors for further career growth and opportunities in the field.
